....?

I'm really not feeling creative enough to make up a title so I don't really have one. Today's weight is somewhere between 188-189...I think. I had to use a different scale, so I don't know exactly what it is. Regardless, I have lost more weight so that's sweet.

I got in a good workout this morning, however, it was cut short. I was a little lazy getting out of bed, but I ended up getting a 15 min. HIIT cardio session in, followed by 75 swiss ball sit-ups and 45 captians chair leg lifts.

One thing old Jason would have done was say "I don't have enough time to do all what I want to do, so it isn't worth it to go at all". The truth is 15 min. of HIIT is better than none. So, is it the best workout, or the workout I wanted? No. Did it still give me a work out? Yes.

That's all for now, still going strong, eating has been awesome (I had a little chocolate soy milk this morning) but other than that 100%. Hope everyone is doing well!

Jason thanks for reading my blog. I will get you some pics of my dogs. They really are a motivator. They really make it so you want to go walking even when I do not. Keep up the good work.
