Hey, thought I would check in real quick. Weight is around the same 219-221 area. While I'm not excited about it, I'm okay with it because I'm pretty sure that I'm replacing fat with muscle since I've started the stronglifts 5X5 workout.
I'm making progress in the workouts too, here is the weight as of today that I've put up:
Squat: 205 lbs
Bench: 135 lbs
Overhead Press: 75 lbs
Deadlift: 195 lbs
Barbell Row: 115 lbs
