Today's Weight: 188.0 lbs New Low!
It seems as though everything is just falling into place. I'm having an awesome month of August so far!
I've had many new low weigh-in's, I've completed some of my fitness goals, and I'm just eating very well and I'm starting to feel healthy. This month I've been able to cross off two fitness goals so far. Run a mile under 8 minutes (I was able to get about 7:30 the other day) and also run a 5k in under 30 minutes...I did this yesterday and was just barely able to get it, but I ran my 5k in 29 min. 15 seconds, but I'll take it! These were both on the treadmill, so it isn't as good as it can be, but I'm still super stoked about it.
I'm thinking about joining a 5k that is going to take place in early September...however, I don't want to embarrass myself, so I'm going to start practiving outside running, as most of the running I normally do takes place on the treadmill. It's just hard for me to set a pace and stick to it outside...
Anyways, everything is going really well for me...I'm enjoying life and I'm having great workouts, my brother recently has been coming with me so that's fun as well. I hope everything is going well the rest of FAT!

You should do it! Now you have me thinking about maybe running in a 5K in a couple months. 3.1 miles...I think I can do that. I might end up dead last but who cares?!?
Good to see you getting your brother into it. Get him trained right and you could have a good work out buddy. Keep working hard!
Dude give me some of the mystery mix you have!!! you are loosing weight like a freak of nature. If you got a secret do share.
Sign up for the 5k, if you can do it on a treadmill you can do it on the road. you will be all amped up by the people, sights, and sounds. I bet you will beat your time on the treadmill too. If you don't hit the one in sept do your local Turkey Trot around thanksgiving (I ran it in 31 min last year and am planning on beating that this year). Good times man.
What will Jason do next?? Get on with you bad self!
That is so awesome bro! Keep going hard and enjoy your new life.
And dang, man, I gotta say - you're looking freaking great in that new photo you posted. Bet the ladies can't stay away!
It's crazy, I feel like we started at the same place, (6' 260) and are almost at the same place now! Only difference is our measurements. My neck is closer to 16" and my chest closer to 42". Gut/waist measurements are about the same as yours. I can't let you catch up to me now!
dude keep kicking a$$! it's really inspiring.
