Quick Update

Just had an awesome dinner. One of my staples from before.

I used a mixed bag of salad as the base, then added some onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Grilled a chicken breast (blackened a little) and then instead of using traditional salad dressing I used some salsa. Its really good, at least to me. I put some cheese on it but didn't go overboard.

Now I'm off to the gym for some cardio and possibly some abs.
