Slow Progress

Good news:
I was able to get to the gym after work last night before I had to be at a surprise birthday party.

Bad news:
We went out to eat and for drinks and just wasted my workout. On the plus side I ordered bison instead of beef ( which was very good ), but then I ate kind of a lot of fries.

Moral of the story:
I need to remember how to live healthy again. I'm making strides and this time around I'm tracking all my caloric intake (www.livestrong.com) that way I can visually see all of what I'm eating.
