Haven't had the best week for weight loss. I would say it would be an excellent week if I was in maintenance mode though.
Going to try and be good over the weekend while still having fun.
Just to share a victory in the food department last night after dinner my girlfriend and I were still hungry and wanted dessert, but instead of going after something horrible we went out to the store and picked up some fresh strawberries and pineapple. It was delicious!
