Random Thoughts

I've been thinking about why I kinda stopped working out and eating my best and I think it was because I thought it made me happier. However, in just the 10 or so days since I jumped back on the horse I've noticed my mood being a lot better. Funny thing that good food and exercise has that big of an impact when it really is pretty simple to follow.

That's all for now, things went well today. Keeping that ball moving!

Jason, dude, it's good to see you blogging again!

It's funny how that works, isn't it? Same thing here. I'm never, ever, ever pissed that I went to the gym. And the fact that I chose to fight my inclination to be lazy puts me in a lasting good mood.

Keep it going again, bro.

Its a total balancing act man. If you can take anything from this old salty dog then please take care of your body and health now. You only have a small window that you are in your prime. You know how many times I have looked back at the majority of my 20s and thought "Why the hell did I spend them fat and out of shape?".... Or when I got high bp and cholesterol I was thinking "why didn't I take better care of myself when I was younger".. Dedicate yourself to a healthy life now because if you don't you will pay later and lets face it if you don't do it now then you will be back in the same boat years from now trying to loose weight. When people say its a life choice they are not kidding. You will have to be conscious about your weight, exercise, and diet for the rest of your life so start now and reap the benefits. ok I will get off my old rickety soap box lol... Anyway glad you are feeling better about eating better and getting back in the gym.
