Today's Weight: 208.0 lbs
First of all, sorry I wasn't able to post any pictures up over the weekend like I said. I didn't get a chance because I didn't have a computer, that is also why I haven't blog since Friday. So, I'll try again next weekend.
Anyways, this weekend had its high and low points. All my roommates were gone over the weekend, and I got the whole house to myself. Normally, I don't like it, but for some reason this weekend it was really cool. I got a lot done, I cleaned my room, did some homework pretty much just caught up on everything on Friday and Saturday.
Then on Sunday, I had an awesome time. I went out to the lake, and went on a boat I was going to go tubing but the water was to cold, and I don't know how I feel about taking my shirt off in front of other people yet...but that's another story. However, remember how the last thing I said in my blog on Friday was "Have fun, but stay smart"? Yeah, I only listened to half of that. I ate like total shit. Over Sunday and Monday I had ice cream, hamburgers, potato salad, pizza. Horrible, I know. Right after I talked about how good I had been about not slipping up. I was good on portion control though. I also got in a lot of exercise. I went rollerblading on Friday and Saturday. I also took a long walk on Saturday. Sunday, I played volleyball for probably 3-4 hours and then on Monday, I kicked my ass in the gym pretty hardcore.
I also got in a great workout this morning. I have changed up my routine again and I do my strength training, and a 30 minute run (I try to run for the whole 30, haven't gotten there yet) MWF, and then my HIIT cardio on T/TH and then if I don't have any sports of planned exercise over the weekend I'll go and get another HIIT in.
That is all for now, I have been back on track eating wise and I really didn't pay to much on the scale so that is good....I'll try to catch up with everyone's blogging as well!

keep your eating on track man, you cant out train a bad diet. Maybe if your in really good shape you could. I know I cant. If I am not eating right I am not doing myself any favors. Someone brought a big A$$ box of dough nuts to work today... I know they are trying to be nice and all, but I have to walk my Fat A$$ by them several times a day... I will not fall to temptation.
