Today's Weight 203.6 lbs
So this weekend I went down to Ohio to help my brother move. I didn't get to workout out at all except for the moving of furniture and playing/running a dog. It turns out that it was a pretty sufficient form of exercise because I ate like shit all weekend (usually happens around family) and I actually am a pound lighter coming off the weekend. I don't know why this is and maybe it'll catch up to me, but I don't think it will. I'll take it either way.
As for working out, I missed today's workout because I was DEAD tired. I didn't get back home until 1 something this morning and I really hadn't slept all weekend long (dog whining, no beds, hardwood floors). So I hit the snooze button probably twice then just reset the whole thing. I'm feeling pretty rejuvenated now so that's good. I'll just switch up my lifting days this week to Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday to make up for it. I would go workout after work but I have a softball game so that will take me up until 7:30/8:00 and the gym closes at 10 and I have about a half hour drive out there so I wouldn't know if could get it all in. Either way, I'll make up for it. My eating is going to be right on all week, as well as my water intake.
Side note, my mom didn't have surgery on Friday because her potassium levels were too low...so they are planning on rescheduling either sometime this week or next. New weight and measurements are posted on this side as well.

Sounds like you got it all planned out for the week. I hope everything goes well with your mom's rescheduled surgery.
You lucked out man. Don't try to dance that dance every weekend or it will catch up with you. Keep the pounds coming off.
