

Over the past month or so I haven't been much of a weekend warrior. I'd say my behavior would reflect that of the dude on the right opposed to what I'd like to be...like the guy on the left!
The best part of the weight-loss process is you're always going to have another opportunity to do better. I'm hoping to have a very successful weekend. I'm planning on having one day for drinking with my buddies (I have a friend in from Colorado) and eating 100%. I'll probably do some exercising at my house over the weekend and try to get outside if it is nice. I'm going to plan out my meals, although I'm not going to be super super strict as I'll probably end up eating out at least once this weekend. Just have to do some damage control.
In non-weight loss events over the weekend, I'll probably have to buckle down and do some homework, so that should keep a little more on the straight and narrow.
As for today, I'm going to go do some lifting after work, and maybe work in some cardio. My cardio definitely needs a swift kick in the ass, I have been super lazy when it comes to it. I might might do some more classes at my gym, but I feel like the most uncoordinated, most out of shape, and out of place person there....so we'll see...
