Sorry this is going to be a short post, but seeing that I haven't posted in a while I thought I'd update some info. As you can see I fell .8 lbs shy of my spring break goal. However, I feel that 4.8 lbs is going to be hard, but doable for my birthday on Monday. I'm going to eat really good al week, get all my workouts in and have a great week before my birthday.
I posted my new weekly measurements on the side bar, did pretty well. Have a great day, stay strong!!
