Today's Weight: 228.2 lbs
Weight Loss Needed for Goal: 2.8 lbs
This is a new trend, usually I gain weight all throughout the week, and then lose a lot of weight over the weekend. This past weekend, I didn't really lose all that much weight, however, so far this week I'm losing weight rather than putting it on. I'm pretty happy about that, but we'll see what tomorrow brings.
My workouts have been going really well. I'm starting to get sore again. I think this is because I added a couple of new parts to the work out. I'm liking it, some people hate being sore, I love it. It makes me feel as though I accomplished something while at the gym. Also, I've been steadily increasing the weight on my reps. This week I've really noticed that I'm feeling strong and the my posture is getting better. Pretty much, I think I'm starting to feel healthy, which is a new concept. Also, I don't know when the last time I weighed in the 220's, but I'm not going to say it's a new low because I'm pretty sure I weighed somewhere around here right after high school.
Pretty much, morale is up. I'm feeling good both at the gym and out of the gym. I'm trying to eat 5-6 times a day again, we'll see how that goes. It's usually a struggle for me to eat that much, but I'm just scared of hitting that first plateau so I'm going to try to do as much as I can to avoid it.

I'm aiming to hit a goal on my birthday, which is also in March, too. You can do this, man.
Why do you lose more on the weekend? It's the opposite for most of the rest of us.
fyi...you can say it's a new low :) it's a new low since you've started losing the weight.
Jason, you are making some great strides now...keep at it.
Ha, I don't really know what that was my trend. If you look back on my blogs, it was gain weight mon-fri, lose 5-6 lbs sat & sun. However, this week is going the total opposite direction. It's good to see the weight coming off during the week, just hope I don't put any on over the weekend!
