Good Stuff

Since I didn't blog yesterday let me recount the events of yesterday. Weigh in: 246.4 lbs. I woke up at 10am and got a cup of yogurt with a banana and some green tea for breakfast and then headed out to class. After class I went and worked out (my lower body and back) and then went into the sauna to get a good sweat going. Showered, and then ran some errands and came back home. I didn't really eat to much yesterday because I wasn't that hungry all day long. After my work out I had an EAS protien bar, and then when I got home I had an apple. I played video games for about an hour, and then watched the coverage of the NHL trade deadline. At 6pm, I headed off to class, I started walking and it's about 2.2 miles round trip I figured I'll save money and get a little more exercise, got home about 8pm, watch the end of the penguins game and played some more video games. Fell asleep around 2-245am.

Today, I woke up at 10am again, and went downstairs made two scrambled eggs, had a banana, glass of V8 and some green tea. I then headed to the gym, got my upper body work out in because I won't be able to do it on Friday, so I pushed my two other workouts up a day and then I headed to work. I'm at work now, I'll be having some turkey chili here in about 45 min. and after that I'm going to go home and do a good ab work out and have some dinner and hopefully get to bed at a decent hour.
