Weekends...
The weekend is now here, and weekends always seem to be the hardest for me. Whether it is boozing, or eating bad it's just difficult to stay focused. This weekend I'm heading up to Grand Rapids to visit a friend, we might go see the M80's but I'm not sure yet. So pretty much my plan for the day is to finish up work, head to the gym and get a good ab and cardio workout in. I may hit the sauna up again, but I'm not sure yet, shower and then head up there. Hopefully I'll be able to control what I eat and not destroy what I've worked towards this week. Weight currently is at 247.8. I don't know if my goal of 225lbs by March 17th (my birthday) is a realistic goal or not but I'm going to try damn hard to get there, and get there the healthy way too. That's all I really have for now. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Have a good time in GR, I've got a friend out that way as well.
Just keep doing what you need to do - that's the only way you'll find out if you can hit that goal by the 17th. Happy early birthday.. isn't the 17th St. Patrick's Day?
The weekends are always the hardest, but you'll learn tricks that can help keep you in line for the most part. One thing I recommend is don't let yourself get hungry. Eat before you do, then if something tempting shows up, you will be less tempted to go for it since you're not hungry. That's just one thing that has worked for me, but you'll need to figure out what works best for you. Welcome to the FAT coalition, by the way.

If you look at my latest post I did a good job over the weekend, and yes the 17th is St. Patricks day...going to be a challenge not to drink to many beers, I'll have to watch the calories, so I may just have to take it easy.
