Achievements

I can only post a short blog, but just wanted to share some achievements. They aren't weight related but as of today, it has been 1 month since I last chewed tobacco, and 2 months since my last cigarette. I'm pretty proud of myself, espcially considering I've been smashed and still havn't had any.

Have a great weekend everyone!

This process isn't just about the weight. It's about getting healthy, and you made a HUGE step. Nice!

That's huge bro. I still struggle with that from time to time (never chewed but smoked). I don't smoke every day like I used to, but I do have one once in a while, and I need to stop completely. Did you do it cold turkey, or did you get help?

I just went cold turkey, I would advise not to use gum or anything because I tried that before and pretty much all you are doing is replacing and all you end up doing is thinking about how much better a cigarette would be. That's just me though. Kind of crazy, I've been huge into tobacco since I was 18, and now I hardly ever think about it. Pretty sweet, I like not smelling like shit all the time.

Yeah, I've quit completely a few times in the past, and it is great when you don't have the urge any more. It does come back pretty strongly (at least for me) once in a while even months after you quit, so definitely be aware of that as well. Good work, though.
